Dollar Days Fare Promotion Ends November 30

San Francisco Bay Ferry will suspend its Dollar Days on the Bay promotion on November 30 and return to normal fares on December 1.

This is in response to all counties served by San Francisco Bay Ferry now having moved into the purple tier of the state’s recovery blueprint. Delaying the second month of the Dollar Days on the Bay promotion will allow WETA to conserve resources to offer promotional fares when the Bay Area recovery again accelerates.

There are no schedule changes at this time. All COVID-19 safety measures, including mask requirements and limited capacity to ensure social distancing, remain in place.

All purchased, unused promo tickets purchased via Hopthru will be refunded automatically in the coming days. If you currently have any unused Hopthru promo tickets after November 30, you do not need to request a refund. It will be processed automatically.

San Francisco Bay Ferry is now a part of the Clipper START program, which offers discounted fares to qualifying lower-income riders. You can see the discounts and find out how to apply for a Clipper START card at sfbf.mobi/clipperstart.

WETA recommends that Alameda/Oakland and Richmond passengers use Clipper in December to pay their fares and that Vallejo riders either use Clipper or purchase a Vallejo monthly pass at the Vallejo Ferry Ticket Office or the Bay Crossings store in the San Francisco Ferry Building during business hours.

If you rode the ferry in November, you are encouraged to provide feedback on your experience by taking the passenger input survey at https://bit.ly/DDSFBFSurvey.
