Golden Gate Ferry service to/from Chase Center suspended thru March 21

Golden Gate Ferry service to and from the Chase Center in San Francisco has been suspended through at least March 21 due to a ban issued by the City and County of San Francisco on all events larger than 1,000 people across the city.

This ban impacts the Golden State Warriors basketball game on Thursday, March 12, 2020, against the Brooklyn Nets. Customers who purchased ferry tickets for this game will be issued refunds by Tickets.com.

Golden Gate Ferry will continue to monitor this evolving situation closely to determine next steps for future games and events, and appreciates the understanding and patience of riders and partners during this unprecedented time.

For more information and trip-planning assistance, visit www.goldengate.org or call 511 (say “Golden Gate Transit,” then “operator” to bypass recorded messages)/TDD 711. The Golden Gate Customer Service Center is open weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
